You must have a way to download the file to your computer, unzip the file, and a means to transfer it to your embroidery machine. All design formats and sizes are included in a single zip file.

REFUND
Please choose carefully as refunds are not possible due to the digital nature of the item.
Partial or full refunds can only be reviewed if the design has critical errors in the stitching process (errors resulting from digitization). A description of the error and an image of the damaged final product must be provided for a refund to be considered.
If you resize, edit, and/or alter this design in any way, we cannot guarantee a quality stitch. So if you need a different size, please contact our team.
